Crocs – love ‘em or hate ‘em. The thing is, if you actually put a pair on, you realise how comfy and versatile they are. Armed with this intel, we set out to convert one of Crocs’ most outspoken haters.

“You’d have to pay me to wear Crocs,” they said. So we said, “Okay”. Influencer George Clarke had been vocally hating on Crocs since the beginning of time, or the beginning of his Instagram career at least. So when he uttered those 8 magical words on social, we knew we had to take him up on his accidental challenge. You guessed it, we paid him to wear Crocs. We sent George off on an all-expenses paid trip to Amsterdam, where the only catch was that he had to wear Crocs the entire time. Was he happy about it? No. Did he realise Crocs are actually amazing? You betcha.
